Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: In a significant leadership shift, Universal McCann (UM) Malaysia has announced Sue-Anne Lim as its new chief executive officer, effective January 1, 2024. This appointment marks the end of the interim management phase following Audrey Chong’s departure and heralds a new chapter for the agency.
Two Decades of Diverse Experience: With a rich 20-year background in business and brand transformation, Lim brings a wealth of experience to UM. Her journey includes notable stints at Trapper, Clear KL (a part of M&C Saatchi Global Network), and Dentsu Aegis Network. Her expertise spans across various verticals, with a special focus on post-merger cultural integration and enhancing business value for acquisitions.
