In a strategic move to fortify its creative prowess, Think HQ, the renowned positive change agency, has announced the hiring of two industry stalwarts: Rob Barnett and Max Bengtsson. This duo, celebrated for their creative genius, joins the agency’s senior ranks, promising to bring a fresh wave of innovation and expertise.
Rob Barnett: The Creative Maestro
Rob Barnett steps into the role of Executive Creative Director at Think HQ. Before this appointment, Barnett showcased his creative brilliance at Xero, collaborating with Bengtsson to amplify the brand’s leadership in its category. His illustrious career includes stints at global agencies like Leo Burnett, BWM Dentsu, JWT, M&C Saatchi, and Isobar (now known as Dentsu Creative). With a rich background in integrated brand communications, design, activations, and innovations, Barnett is poised to steer Think HQ’s Campaign and Design teams to new heights.
Max Bengtsson: The Wordsmith Wizard
Max Bengtsson, the new Senior Copywriter at Think HQ, is no stranger to the world of creative advertising. Having previously worked at Clemenger BBDO and Isobar (now Dentsu Creative), Bengtsson has been the brain behind successful campaigns such as NAB – Mini Legends and Okinawa – Life, by Okinawa. His forward-thinking approach and passion for the craft are anticipated to elevate Think HQ’s creative narratives.

The Melbourne-based Think HQ continues its triumphant journey in 2023.
