Prominent marketing executive Agnes Lung has made a significant career move, leaving her position at TamJai International to join Uni-China(Business) Management (UCBM) as the new group chief marketing and digital officer. This strategic change takes effect from 5th June.
As part of Uni-China Group’s progressive business expansion, this fresh role was created for Lung, who will report directly to the group’s chairman, Jackie Ling. Lung’s responsibilities include crafting compelling marketing and branding strategies, spearheading brand development, pushing forward the company’s digital transformation, and enhancing customer digital journeys.
Lung expressed her excitement at the prospect of taking on new challenges in the retail industry, where she has been a dynamic player for 15 years.
Before stepping into her new role at UCBM, Lung was a key figure at TamJai International Group, serving as the executive director and group chief marketing and digital officer. She also held esteemed positions at McDonald’s Hong Kong and Cafe de Coral as vice president and marketing and branding general manager, respectively.

Apart from her extensive food and beverage industry experience, Lung has cultivated a strong retail industry expertise over the past 15 years, taking up senior roles at luxury and retail powerhouses such as Sa Sa International, Starbucks, DFS Group, LOreal, LVMH, and Shiseido.
