Sydney, 24 May 2024 – In a stunning collaboration with Vivid Sydney, Samsung Electronics Australia has launched ‘Chorus of Light,’ a mesmerizing installation that beautifully merges technology and artistry. This innovative display, inspired by the cutting-edge Galaxy AI, aims to unite humanity through the power of language and shared aspirations. Open nightly from 24 May to 15 June, this event promises a captivating experience for all visitors.
A New Era of Mobile Experience
The ‘Chorus of Light’ installation draws inspiration from Samsung’s latest Galaxy AI technology, first introduced with the Galaxy S24 series. This advanced AI enhances user personalization, focusing on communication, productivity, and creativity. Key features such as Live Translate and Chat Assist streamline access to information, engaging conversations, and seamless messaging, empowering Australians to unlock their creative and productive potential.
An Interactive Journey of Hope and Light
Visitors to the ‘Chorus of Light’ will embark on an interactive journey, recording personal messages of hope in one of 16 available languages. These messages will be live-translated and transformed into a dazzling light display, creating a collaborative visual masterpiece with renowned media artist Susan Kosti. Additionally, attendees can capture stunning Nightography portraits with the help of on-site staff using Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphones.

A Three-Phased Immersive Experience
The immersive journey through ‘Chorus of Light’ is divided into three phases, each highlighting the power of Samsung’s latest technological innovations:
- Galaxy AI Welcome Tunnel: The premium route begins with a beautifully designed welcome tunnel, featuring light, animations, and audio inspired by Samsung’s One UI.
- Light Portrait Area: Visitors can record their messages and see them translated into light displays.
- Chat Assist Exit Tunnel: The experience concludes with a visual gallery showcasing tone-shifting text, demonstrating the capabilities of Galaxy AI Chat Assist.
The recorded messages will also be featured in an original track by Australian musician Ta-ku, crafted entirely from vocal samples collected at the installation. This track will be launched on Samsung’s YouTube channel on 12 June.
