Overarching this are elements like balanced work-life (42%), a secure and healthy work setting (40%), robust bonds with colleagues (39%), and the capacity to elevate family living standards (38%).
Malaysia’s Distinctive Approach to Work and Life
Focusing on Malaysia, the report brings to light some compelling findings:
- An overwhelming 98% of respondents from Malaysia place a high value on happiness in their work-life balance.

- Malaysia stands out as 5th in work-life contentment among the 12 surveyed markets, with an 81% satisfaction quotient.
