MitchelLake Group, a global provider of executive search, board and advisory solutions for digital ventures & transformation has acquired Tyzack Partners (est. 1958), an international executive search firm based in London. The merger strengthens MitchelLake Group’s global executive search offerings, particularly for board and advisory level roles, while expanding the company’s footing in Europe and the United Kingdom.
The partnership marks a strategic milestone for MitchelLake Group to extend its capabilities to support technology-enabled ventures in the global finance, education, health, energy, sport, media, and consumer sectors. With access to a global network of strategic talent, MitchelLake (est. 2001 in Sydney, Australia) has helped identify and recruit highly skilled leaders for start-ups and global brands in the innovation space. Over the last 20 years, Mitchellake has successfully placed specialist executive and functional leaders across 3,000 projects in 21 countries. MitchelLake has established offices in APAC, the US, and Europe to support businesses and individuals with global ambitions.

The company has extensive expertise in sectors such as leisure, hospitality, information, communication & entertainment, private equity, consumer goods, and technology.
The acquisition of Tyzack Partners will also see David Dumeresque and Neal Wyman, both Senior Partners of Tyzack, to continue to support and counsel the team as they remain with the business over the coming years.

The acquisition is also timely in that 55% of companies globally are open to consider leadership talent based remotely since the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Talent Without Borders, a study conducted by MitchelLake Group.
