Maybank Singapore (Maybank) has appointed MediaOne Business Group (MediaOne) as their choice digital marketing agency for the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) of their various business units. In addition to this, the leading digital marketing agency is working with Maybank to manage 6 Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns across their existing business units as well. The engagement that started June 2019, will see MediaOne marketing as the sole digital marketing agency managing SEO and SEM campaigns across all of Maybank Singapore’s product offerings.
In an interview, MediaOne’s CEO, Tom Koh, commented that the agency’s integrated approach to digital marketing has proven to effectively deliver substantial and measurable business results for both their local and international clients, such as SingTel, University of Cambridge, InterContinental Hotel, ST Electronics, Guardian, and Duke-NUS. “We believe in sincerity, transparency and efficiency when working with our clients. We see them as partners in the marketing process, and this has helped us greatly in crafting thoughtful and effective digital marketing campaigns.”
The working relationship between Maybank and MediaOne began in January 2019, with the digital marketing agency managing and coordinating the SEO optimisation of Maybank’s cards business unit. The successful 2-month campaign is what has since paved the way to the comprehensive management and execution of SEO and SEM campaigns across all of the bank’s product offerings.
Tom went on the share that the digital marketing agency looks forward to lending their expertise to Maybank as they continue to strengthen their digital presence. “We look at each campaign as a learning opportunity in understanding our clients’ unique digital marketing needs, and we carry that experience forward in every step of the digital marketing process. We remain confident that our expertise and personalised approach will be put to good practice as we work with Maybank towards building a greater presence and reaching new audiences in the market”.
