You know, sometimes (or even most of the time), you don’t get/acquire valuable experiences in your current immediate environment, but through LinkedIn, you get to learn a lot for FREE — as what knowledge should be.
What do you post or share on LinkedIn? Well, just recently, I tried to write 2 articles about business facets randomness. I don’t like to write articles about teaching and mentoring followers — as I am no guru level yet (will never be, as I believe gurus don’t exist). I write using the perspective of a follower — a facet I believe is not given adequate highlight. Maybe, with what I write, readers (especially leaders) will have a better understanding and clearer perspective about their team. I haven’t had a follow up article since the last one I did, though. But, I will try to write more.
