Knight Frank Malaysia continues to lead the charge in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance with the release of its Annual ESG Report 2023, showcased today at an event hosted at the Knight Frank Malaysia headquarters. Themed “From Reports to Results: The Impact of ESG Reporting within the Supply Chain,” the event brought together industry leaders and stakeholders to discuss how ESG reporting is reshaping business practices, particularly within the real estate supply chain.
Keynote speakers included Mohd Hafiz Zainuddin, ESG Associate Director of Knight Frank Malaysia, and Nur Fadhilah Muhammad, Chief Executive Officer of SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd. They highlighted the increasing importance of sustainability reporting across industries, and how companies can leverage robust ESG frameworks to enhance accountability, mitigate risk, and build resilient supply chains.

The Annual ESG Report 2023 presented by Knight Frank Malaysia showcases significant achievements in various areas.
- 28% reduction in energy consumption compared to the 2019 baseline, demonstrating Knight Frank’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
- 92% employee satisfaction rate, reflecting a strong focus on workplace wellbeing and inclusivity.
- 1,523 kg of e-waste collected, showcasing effective waste management initiatives aligned with the company’s sustainability goals.
- Ongoing efforts towards net-zero carbon emissions by 2040, in line with global commitments under the Science-Based Targets initiative.
