JobAdder’s Investment in AI and Data Science
With the recent funding round, JobAdder is accelerating the expansion of its core platform into temp and contract recruitment with the launch of Temp Express. The new dashboard helps recruiters manage their entire temp desk in one place, improving visibility, aftercare, and reporting.
The company is also making longer-term investments in AI and data science to provide customers with even greater value and help them meet the challenges and opportunities of the ever-changing recruitment landscape. The newest version of the JobAdder app, JobAdder Mobile Next Gen, will include smart nudges and daily reminders to help recruiters stay on top of their workload and priorities in a more accessible, efficient, and productive way.
The Role of Partnerships in JobAdder’s Growth
Partnerships are a key area of JobAdder’s growth strategy. Its open APIs allow technology integrations with vendors in the recruitment space, enabling customers to create workflows that meet their unique requirements using different technology vendors in one tech stack. This also allows JobAdder to work collaboratively with partners on joint go-to-market initiatives that reach a wider audience. Ginger brings extensive partnership experience from established companies like IBM and will leverage this to accelerate the current programs.
Adapting Software to Meet Unique Regional and Cultural Needs
As JobAdder expands its reach to new markets, it will focus on strengthening its partner marketplace in these growth markets. Having a locally-based tech stack is critical to the success of its customers.
