Jaguar Land Rover has appointed Rajan Amba as the Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover India, effective March 1, 2023.Prior to this appointment, Rajan had been serving as Vice-President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care at Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles.
Martin Limpert, Regional Director of Overseas at Jaguar Land Rover, believes Rajan is the perfect fit for them to expand operations in India due to his customer-centric view, wide industry knowledge, and genuine leadership. The mission is to create the world’s most attractive luxury vehicles and services for those with a sophisticated taste. This aligns perfectly with their Reimagine strategy.

Rajan Amba expressed his delight at taking up his new role, mentioning that he had a great experience at Tata Motors and is looking forward to being a part of the iconic Jaguar Land Rover. He was excited to join the team and make progress on their growth strategy.
Rajan Amba will take over from Rohit Suri, who is set to retire on March 31, 2023.
