The use of live streaming to sell products is growing rapidly in Southeast Asia (SEA) which is home to about 64.2 million social shoppers[1]. The region’s live commerce industry, while still in its infancy, is projected to be worth USD19 billion by 2023 – up from USD 6 billion in 2020[2].
