The show will also be available for catch-up via the Broad Radio app.
Powerhouse Lineup to Lead Morning Programming
Broad Radio’s lineup is nothing short of impressive. Jo Stanley, well-loved by Australian listeners, will be joined by Marieke Hardy, known for her work on triple J Breakfast and her successful podcast, Marieke Hardy Is Going to Die. Hardy brings decades of experience in writing for television, newspapers, and stage, adding depth to the show. Michala Banas, whose media career spans over 40 years across film, television, and theatre, will co-host alongside Stanley and Hardy, making Morning Broads a must-listen for Australian audiences.
Jo Stanley expressed her excitement: “There is an exciting cultural shift taking media by storm worldwide. Women-led content is exploding, in everything from film to sport to social media and of course podcasts. Radio is the perfect next platform for exploring and celebrating women’s stories, perspectives, and experiences.”
Hardy also shared her enthusiasm, saying: “Being a long-time fan of Jo Stanley and all who sail in her, it’s been a total privilege to join the Broad family. Jo’s vision, ambition, and innate capacity to bring together a glorious cacophony of women is heart-soaringly inspiring.”
