Jessica Soisson, who previously held the role of Chief Accounting Officer at Boomi, is set to oversee a broad spectrum of financial operations. These include financial planning, order and risk management, treasury, tax, and financial reporting. Soisson will continue to report to Arlen Shenkman, who remains as President of Boomi, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity in leadership.
Arlen Shenkman will maintain his extensive responsibilities across Finance, HR, IT, and Legal, while expanding his focus on operational excellence, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, board relations, and steering Boomi towards its next growth phase.

Jessica Soisson brings an impressive 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, diligence, acquisitions and divestitures, and business process design. Prior to her tenure at Boomi, she served as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Citrix Systems, and held a managerial role at Arthur Andersen.
