Indian fintech company BharatPe has launched BharatPe One, a new all-in-one payment device that combines a POS system, QR code scanner, and speaker. This device is the first of its kind in India, aiming to improve the payment process for both merchants and customers.
Features and Functionality
BharatPe One features a high-definition touchscreen display and offers connectivity options like 4G and Wi-Fi. It operates on the latest Android OS and provides instant updates on transactions and voice confirmations for payments, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
The device supports a variety of payment methods, including both dynamic and static QR codes, tap-and-pay features, and traditional card payments across a wide range of debit and credit cards.
Designed for Merchants
Specifically designed for small to medium-sized enterprises across various sectors, BharatPe One is equipped with a user-friendly interface, a portable design, and comprehensive transaction dashboards. It is particularly aimed at offline merchants to streamline their daily transactions and improve interactions with customers.
BharatPe has announced plans to initially launch BharatPe One in over 100 cities, with an expansion goal to reach around 450 cities within the next six months.
