Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad (“Berjaya Sompo”) has announced that it has shortlisted 3 agencies for its brand campaign in an integrated pitch involving creative, media (excluding out-of-home) and digital marketing duties after conducting its pitch presentations recently. This appointment will be for one year.
Berjaya Sompo launched its first brand campaign in 2018 with the introduction of “Silent Guardians”, the five iconic Japanese warriors, Ninja, Samurai, Karateka, Sumo and Kendoka. With the success of its first campaign, Berjaya Sompo then launched the second campaign, with “Silent Guardians – The Prequel” in 2019. For 2020, in its third year of brand campaign, Berjaya Sompo is looking to create a grand finale for the Silent Guardians trilogy, to truly showcase that “SOMPO Cares” for its customers by amplifying its Japanese heritage, Malaysian knowledge and extensive insurance experience, as it aims to be the Top 5 general insurer in Malaysia by 2024.
