As a world leader in premium spirits, Beam Suntory has appointed Ruchika Gupta as marketing director in India. Ruchika joined Beam Suntory India as a member of the brand team in 2019 and was promoted to head of marketing. The appointment is in-line with its vision of reaching a billion dollars in revenue by 2030.
Ruchika Gupta has 15+ years of marketing and digital experience. Ruchika Gupta has worked with some well-known brands like Bacardi Rum, Grey Goose Vodka at Uber and also from the agency side, supporting brands from Unilever and Johnson & Johnson. In her new role, she will be responsible for building new scale for Beam Suntory’s premium brand portfolio, lead the rapid expansion of Oaksmith and unlock new business opportunities and digital-first equity building to increase the market share of key brands.
