With 100,000 drivers catering to over 2.5 million customers across 14 different cities, Ahamove has seen a meteoric rise in its growth by improving its operations by decreasing the turnaround time from order placement to delivery. With this growth, the logistics brand needed to focus on accurately segmenting its customers and deploying personalized campaigns by following its customers’ journeys. Upon partnering with MoEngage in June 2020, they were able to achieve this by increasing their push notification delivery rates from below 20% to over 80%, solving existing operational inefficiencies and lower working hours by more than 10 hours per week with zero loss in productivity.
