Dannah Majarocon, a stalwart of the Philippines’ tech industry, has assumed the role of Managing Director of JobStreet Philippines, starting July. Majarocon brings with her a wealth of expertise and experience, setting the stage for a new chapter in the company’s evolution.
In her new role as the Managing Director, Majarocon will be tasked with executing business strategies and constructing frameworks that propel corporate growth. Prioritizing the cultivation of strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, she is set to steer engagement, performance, and foster the organization’s culture.

Reporting directly to Lewis Ng, Chief Operating Officer of Asia, SEEK, Majarocon is not new to leadership roles. Her 11-year long career in the tech sector boasts significant roles, including a recent position as Managing Director and Consultant at Lalamove Philippines, a leading same-day delivery platform in Asia. Additionally, her leadership prowess extends to managing GCash and Fuse Lending for Mynt, as well as Globe Telecom, one of the top telecommunications companies in the Philippines.
Peter Bithos, Chief Executive Officer of Asia, SEEK, hailed Majarocon’s appointment as a pivotal moment for SEEK, which coincides with the transformative phase of their JobStreet platform.
