While gearing up for his imminent shows, the 57-year-old superstar doesn’t slack off on his fitness routine. A father to two daughters, Kwok prepares for his shows by keeping a strict exercise regimen, involving cardio and running daily. “It’s a crucial part of my life,” he mentions, recognizing the importance of maintaining the stamina required to deliver enthralling performances.
