For the first time, AME Development Sdn Bhd claimed the sought-after title of Best Developer (Malaysia), also taking home Best Industrial Developer and Best Sustainable Developer. Other winners include Malton Berhad for Best Developer (Central Malaysia) and Berinda Group for Best Developer (Southern Malaysia).

This year’s awards spotlighted groundbreaking projects, raising the bar across 58 categories, including innovative residential designs, sustainable development practices, and lifestyle spaces tailored to modern needs. Notably, GSH Corporation Limited took the spotlight as Best Luxury Developer with its award-winning Coral Bay @ Sutera project, while Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad secured the title of Best Community Developer for its impressive portfolio.
In the ESG category, Iskandar Investment Berhad was crowned Low Carbon Champion, and Tanah Sutera Development Sdn. Bhd. shared the Social Impact Champion title. Meanwhile, Lendlease & TRX City Sdn Bhd excelled as Sustainable Design Champion, recognized for their exceptional project, TRX Residences.

From Southern to Central Malaysia, developers have displayed exceptional dedication to creating spaces that foster community, promote sustainability, and enhance living standards. Horizon Hills by Horizon Hills Development Sdn Bhd was lauded as the Best Township Development (Malaysia), reflecting the award’s high standards. Sime Darby Property Berhad also received recognition as Best Landed Development (Malaysia) for The Residences III at The Glades.
