Subang Jaya (10 June 2024) – Tropicana Metropark is swiftly transforming into Subang Jaya’s favored destination for families, friends, and community gatherings. The Urban Park, at the heart of this vibrant locale, hosted a series of dynamic events in May, drawing nearly 30,000 visitors over several weekends. This influx of visitors, along with curious businesses and investors, also explored the new phase of Tropicana Metropark—SouthPlace 2 Residences and Shoppes—further establishing it as a prime address in Subang Jaya.
Ixora Ang, Managing Director of Marketing & Sales and Business Development at Tropicana, shared her enthusiasm about the burgeoning community spirit in Tropicana Metropark. She remarked, “Tropicana Metropark is an evolving township that has integrated a sustainable and prosperous sense of community and is quickly becoming a vibrant community hub in Subang Jaya especially with the development of SouthPlace 2 Residences and Shoppes. Having played host to many successful social events and various fun bazaars, including the largest Pingmin market that pulled in more than 17,000 visitors, and with almost 30,000 attendees to the recent Lai, Bazaar 1.0 and Yum Yum Food and Lifestyle Fair, it is clear that this space is highly sought after. Adding value to the community and aligning with Tropicana’s mantra of redefining the art of living, sharing and caring, we look forward to hosting many more events that caters to the varied need and tastes of the community.”
