After introducing the OnePlus 12 series and the OnePlus Watch 2 earlier this year, OnePlus is refreshing its lineup with the new OnePlus Nord CE 4 5G, a mid-range contender poised to rival recent launches like the Nothing Phone 2a, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Realme 12 Pro. Equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, this device aims to make a strong impact in the mid-range market.
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 5G will be offered in two variants: one with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage priced at ₹24,999, and a higher-end version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, starting at ₹26,999. It hits the shelves on April 12, with an enticing launch offer of free OnePlus Nord Buds 2r for first-day buyers.
Featuring a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 5G boasts a 2412 x 1080 resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 210Hz touch sampling rate. Additional specs include 2160Hz PWM dimming, HDR 10+ certification, and a 10-bit color depth, ensuring a vibrant and smooth viewing experience.
Under the hood, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC and an Adreno 720 GPU, supporting up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage for seamless performance.
The camera setup includes a dual rear system with a 50MP Sony LYT600 primary sensor and an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide-angle lens, complemented by a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The Nord CE 4 5G supports 4K video recording at 30fps from the rear and 1080p at 30fps from the front camera.
Borrowing a feature from the OnePlus 12R, the Nord CE 4 5G comes with a robust 5,500mAh battery, the largest in a Nord device to date, coupled with a 100W SUPERVOOC fast charger capable of charging the phone fully in just about 29 minutes.
