28 September, Sydney, Australia – 3DOTS Studios is thrilled to announce the release of their latest documentary series, “Visible Founders.” This first-of-its-kind series delves deep into the lives of entrepreneurs, showcasing their unique journeys, challenges, and triumphs.
About the stories in this docuseries
“Visible Founders” is not just another documentary. It’s a heartfelt exploration into the world of entrepreneurship, capturing the essence of four enterprising individuals as they navigate systemic odds to chase their dreams. The series has four episodes in the first season.
The first episode delves into highlighting commonalities in multicultural entrepreneurs. And we also cover why entrepreneurship is still the best viable option in today’s uncertain environment.
The second episode features Joseph Oliver Yap and Shimroth John Thomas, two co-founders of Zerotag. What started as a beach clean-up activity in the Philippines became a sustainable startup journey for these entrepreneurs.
Chirag Soni is featured in the third episode. He is the founder and director of Soni Wealth. Coming from a humble background, Chirag arrived in Australia with a dream. And he did something that many people miss. This episode unravels what it is.
The fourth has quite a different flavour. It features Deepa P. Mani, who was in a 9-to-5 life like many others until a wave of unfortunate news within her family forced her to make a pivotal decision. Deepa is the founder and artistic director of Chandralaya, and what started as a creative outlet for her has now transformed into a journey, something beyond dancing.
Director’s Statement
Anand Tamboli, the visionary behind “Visible Founders,” shares his inspiration for the series, “After the success of ‘On Air Down Under’ in 2022, I felt a pull towards stories that needed a platform. The resilience and community focus of small businesses and entrepreneurs, often overlooked by mainstream media, deserved to be highlighted.”
On the title, Anand explains, “The series brings to the forefront those founders who remain unseen or unheard in mainstream channels. Through ‘Visible Founders,’ we aim to give them a voice, making them ‘visible’.”

The most challenging aspect of the project? “Crafting a coherent storyline from the vast and varied experiences of the founders,” admits Anand. But the hard work has paid off, with the first season now a reality. And for fans wondering about a sequel, Anand hints, “Given the interest, a second season in 2024 seems highly likely.”
